Upon arrival, our skilled technician will conduct a thorough assessment of your appliance issue. If you opt to proceed with the repair, we offer a complimentary in-home estimate. The $65 diagnostic fee will be applied toward the total repair cost, ensuring transparency in our pricing structure. In the event you choose not to proceed with the repair, a $65 service call fee will be charged.

Our labor rate is only applied upon completion of the job, with a minimum labor rate of $170 plus any necessary parts. To provide added peace of mind, all our services come with up to a one-year warranty for both labor and parts.

We understand the importance of timely repairs, aiming to complete all repair jobs within 48 hours of the initial visit. Should additional parts be required, we'll schedule follow-up appointments promptly to ensure your appliance is back up and running smoothly.
